As of February 3, 2010 New York City through the Department of Buildings will start enforcing Local Law 31 which will have a severe negative impact to our industry. It mandates the removal of all off premise signage to be removed from billboards. Please visit the attached website and sign up to send a petition to the New York City Council members.
